Delay of the reforms to the off payroll workers rules in the private sector

Amidst the stress and unknown business climate we all now operate in, there is one small piece of good news for contractors.

It was announced by HMRC that there has been a delay in the roll-out of the new and controversial off-payroll workers’ reforms.

The reforms which will extend the IR35 legislation for off-payroll workers into the private sector will now be delayed until 6th April 2021.

Please note that this is the delay of the policy and legislation, explained in our blog post earlier today, March 24th.
